I am looking for a full up shetland or a welsh A gelding to drive .Age not important.I have been told it must be broken to drive as my daughter has three youngsters to take out this year and wont have time to break a pony for me. I am missing my driving since Tilly died.

If only you'd have said a couple of weeks ago, All we have is a pair of 37 inch geldings.
It'll be a while before anything full height is ready.

My friend has the following for sale in bristol.
Welsh Section A, 11.2hh, very smart dapple grey driving pony. He has a very high knee action and would do well in a show ring, in hand or driven. Is a forward going pony and does need an experienced driver to further education. At present is driven 4 times a week and driven on pleasure drives around 12 miles with the Old Somerset Driving Club. He is fit and ready to go on to greater things.
He has four white socks and is brilliant to clip, box, shoe, catch, etc.. This pony needs to go to someone who will do showing, fun drives and more as loves his work. Is light in hand when driving and does not pull or run away. He is 5 years old.
Does not bite or kick, is a star in the stable. This is a sad sale and he will be missed. Carla Smith
