Well, a year ago tonight we picked Murphy up at Stirling Services from the transporters lorry over from Ireland. He had been broken to drive but done nothing and had no schooling and had not been backed. So he has went from this, coming off the trailer the night we picked him up ! Out on long reins two nights later To this at some recent shows this year. He has come on so much and is a different pony in many ways. He has really matured and totally changed shape with work and schooling. He had never been anywhere or been shown before I got him but he is now doing well. I am so pleased with the progress he has made in a year !

It's amazing how they develop in a good home. Well done Kaz - he's a lovley boy. Have you sent any photos of him to Gordon? I have a few to send of Gypsy who has now qualified for the Advanced Pony class in NAtional driving trials - I never though my little Irish bog pony would go so far!

I last seen Gordon at Towerlands at the end of last year. I showed him photos of him back then, but he has not had any recent ones. I have e-mailed the old owner with a couple of driven photos and a couple of ridden photos of him at his first couple of ridden classes but she has never replyed. So not sure to bother any more, she does not seem bothered now, he is away and that is that. I just thought she might like to know how he is and what he's been up to.
