What bio security measures would you take if a bus load of people came to visit your stud/stock, and it was part of a stud tour, the participants having visited other horse studs and establishments earler in the day?
Do you think I would be paranoid if I put down a disinfectant mat and asked them to use hand wipes before coming onto the premises?
Not only am I quite attached to my nags in a sentimental way, we paid quite a bit for them, and the thought of vets fees is not one I relish.

Paranoid or not it is what I would do, whilst explaining why you were asking them to comply.

Seems reasonable when you consider the number of infections transmitted by the hands, you could ask them not to touch the ponies too.
