I don't know much about balancing vehicles and have adjusted mine so the seat and floor is pretty much flat, but can someone let me know how it looks please ? In walk I can feel no movement but in trot it is a bit bouncy, the shafts look like they are rising a little in the tugs, is this normal ?
Also, do I need more room between Harry and the carriage ? Always seem to get his tail around my feet which makes me wonder if we're a bit close , it's a bellcrown so can adjust them easily enough if needed
(excuse the hanging straps, we were just untacking and thought I would get a quick pic when he was stood up square)

It's not a great photo - quite dark so can't see your harness but the carriage looks as if it is level and I don't think the space is too big between your pony and the carriage. What I DON'T see is someone at your pony's head! *wags finger* Please - always have someone there while your pony is still attached to the carriage. The consequences don't bear thinking about.
