Hello all,
I'm new here and to driving in general! I'm looking for a starter vehicle that can do off-roading/bumpy tracks/hilly areas. I rang Bennington and they recommended their Fun Bug. Has anyone had expierence of these? Are four wheels better than two on the rough? (Fun bugs don't jack knife) Are there any other vehicles I should consider?
Many thanks

I have to admit to not being a fun bug fan, they are hard work for the pony, in tight turns they have to drag them round due to the lack of turntable. I personally would only use them in straight lines on tarmac.
Two wheelers do not jackknife and teach you a lot about balance. They are also best for newly broken ponies.
Others with more knowledge than me will be able to give advice.

I am a great fan of 4 wheelers and more and more ponies are being broken in them which is possibly a shame as they will not learn how to push a vehicle over. I have never driven in a fun bug but I would rather like one for schooling in the sand school.
