hi, im new to all this so sorry if i sould a bit dim.
im 30 & having ridden my entire life was devastated when the drs told me last year that i will not ever ride again as thye will never be able to prevent the damage & therefore pain.
after the initial "life has ended" thing i got myself slapped by a good friend & brought a harness & trap (in need of repair) for our toddlers section A & started bring him on so that i can go out & about with him myself.
he is very nervous of new things due to a very shakey start & im not good without my stick but we have muddled along quite nicely so far & he will happily wear his harness with closed bridle & go out for walks ect...
now im stuck as to what to do next & was pointed in this direction by a freind that drives.

The next stage is to have him drag a tyre over all types of ground. Good luck. Where abouts in the country are you?

help/advice would be brill or recomendations for people that could do the next stage ect.... i have not had much luck searching for places that do breaking for driving in our area & as silly as it sounds i dont really want to livery him out somewhere miles from home as it leaves the other pony alone in feild & he wouldnt stay there long!

They will point you in the right direction also there are many DVDs and books around that are very good reference guides for breaking in etc.
