How long did it take for you to start to drive again?
I had my right ankle pinned and plated on January 3rd and am going insane wanting to get behind Acer again again!!

Not so good I haven't broken my ankle but I did break my wrist years back and since it was the summer hols all I wanted to do was be out with the horses I did go against doctors wishes and rode my mare but in my defence Lady was a saint a bomb could have went of and she would just stand naughty me... ;D Probably something you don't want to, hear my sister in law broke her ankle at the start of last year and it is still not right I suppose it depends on the break she had hers pinned and plated however they did have to rebreak and reset a couple of times Hope it's not long til your back on the box seat nightmare

Painful, you have my full sympathy.
Not ankle but smashed up foot (14 weeks in a cast and on crutches).
It did not stop me from doing anything except ride a bicycle. I did have to ride side saddle as the cast was too high and rubbed the saddle flap astride.

Thanks guys... I'm hoping that I'll be able to take Acer out for a drive in a couple of weeks time (it'll make it 6 weeks). He's such a good, polite little lad that I'm 100% sure that we'll be fine.
