There is not much happening here as the mare is in foal, due June. Her last baby is just growing and too young to be doing anything. Donkey retired. RDA stopped for winter and the ponies we are training are having a holiday whilst the weather picks up a bit as we have to drive on the roads which are busy and narrow and twisty.
So I guess I am a tad bored.

One good thing the lighter nights seem to be coming in I noticed that it was still light around 3:45pm today which is a good sign spring is around the corner and we will all be out and about.
January is always a slow month after all the hype of the festive period, we find that things start to pick up around February as that is when we start the training I like to give the horses a nice relaxing break ;D

Im here although not been here for a long time so apologies for that. Still driving and finally seem to be getting somewhere with my mare. Was out driving last Sunday for the first time in 5 weeks due to the snow and ice. Can't beat a drive in the sun.

Thanks chaps! It's starting to get lighter here... it's now dusk just after 5pm, so wont be long before I can start driving after work. Spoon has been given the all clear by the Equine Osteopath, so I have booked the Indoor School in a couple of weeks time to see how things go with him ;D
