Sorry, I must admit I keep going here horsebreeders.myfastforum.org/index.php and here www.donkeyforum.proboards.com/index.cgi?I do keep visitiong this forum every time I log on though. Up to?? Well 2 broken ponies as they had a disagreement with a fence and so have 5 scratched and swollen legs between them and one scraped head and swollen nose. OH blames a late bonfire blast but as they had watched WW3 for the previouse 10 days without a murmur I think it might have been a bolting bunny. Oh and I am reduntant from Monday. So no more '000's of goats for me to milk - YIPPEE!

Well the lack of money is a downside, and I really need that for the vet bills the ponies seem to want to rack up. Cruel mummy did not get the vet this time just a clean up and stable out of the mud and turn out for walking the swelling down in a different field with no mud. A field I did not want ponies in until the mare foals next year as being well grazed by moos and so hopefully not many horse worms about. Bang goes that idea.

I am a "cruel mummy" too when it comes to the vet and wounds, unless it needs stiching or I feel prescription drugs, I deal with it myself (I'm a nurse) - just saving money where I can - hope you find some employment soon Rabatsa.

I have given in to the inevitable and will be claiming carers allowance for looking after the parents. My father has alzheimers and mother has severe mobility problems with no cartilage left in her knees. She swigs ketamine several times a day so can be a bit squiffy at times. The main drawback is once on the payroll she will think that I am at her beck and call 24/7 even though I live 17 miles away.

The old dear has done the splits in the bath and cracked a bone in her foot to add to her woes.
